ACT Navigator
ACT Navigator is a practical Activated Clotting Time (ACT) decision-support tool for interventional cardiology, structural heart interventions (for example, TAVR), and electrophysiology (AF ablation) workflows. It helps clinicians quickly choose the target ACT, determine when unfractionated heparin (UFH) is indicated, calculate weight-based UFH bolus dosing, and define how often ACT should be re-checked to keep anticoagulation within procedure-specific ranges (for example, PCI ACT targets vary by device; TAVR often aims around 250-300 seconds; AF ablation commonly targets above 300 seconds).
Built for rapid bedside use and protocol alignment, ACT Navigator consolidates intraprocedural anticoagulation concepts into a clear, searchable pathway for ACT monitoring, UFH titration, and safety-focused documentation.
